Heimstaden Bostad, Edinburgh Platform, is seeking a results-driven Letting Specialist to drive the letting journey from first contact to move-in. You will engage with prospective residents, arrange viewings, and manage applications and tenancy agreements with a strong customer-service focus.
In addition to a commercial mindset and English fluency, you should have at least 3 years’ lettings or sales experience and knowledge of lettings compliance.
