Benugo in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. Salary: £38 000 per annum, with shifts 5 days out of 7, daytime hours. This full-time/permanent role reports to the Area Chef and supports menu development and kitchen leadership.
You will lead a high-volume kitchen, ensure top food quality, manage stock and costs, and mentor the team to uphold safety and excellence across all operations.
