Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Steward to join our team in Inverness, IV2 7TD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team in a busy hospitality environment.

As a Steward, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a high-quality service while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serving food and/or beverages to customers
• Cash handling and till operation
• Occasional bar work
• General housekeeping duties, including kitchen cleaning, pot wash, and dishwashing
• Stocking up and carrying out stock rotation using the FIFO method
• Reporting feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, breakages, faults, or hazards to your line manager
• Supporting the wider team as required
• Undertaking any additional duties necessary to meet the changing needs of the business

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Similar work experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

• Must have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
