Chef de partie required for a renowned British Chef and Culinary OG/Wizard.

- The essential skills you will need to be our Kitchen Chef de Partie
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years at CDP level/ Hot Kitchen at CDP level
- Good written and spoken English
- Passion and enthusiasm for food
- Good Team Player
- Basic Health & Hygiene Certificate
We would like our Chef de partie to be able to think on there feet and work in anorganised& logical manner in a busy kitchen environment, cope under pressure, with a positive can-do attitude and excellent knowledge of food to help achieve our very high standards
The role:
- Typical rota pattern – anywhere between 45 – 50 hrs with a mix of 2 doubles and straights also weekends
- Size of brigade We have 2 on the pastry to cover each other, a breakfast chef covers some lunchtime shifts as well as breakfast, Sous chef & head chef 4 CDP
- Covers peak service Lunch is between 30-50, Dinner between 30-100, then Brunch is around 150-200
