DPD is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations. You will work with the Depot Management team to ensure adequate resourcing of drivers, warehouse operatives and back office staff, including planning for holidays and peak trading times.
Your role involves liaison with Franchise, People and Talent, Recruitment, Neuven and Regional Management to sustain outstanding service levels and deliver KPI targets across resource, productivity, transport and health & safety.
