Utility Warehouse is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary to join our governance team and support the Company Secretary and General Counsel in meeting UK listing, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements as a FTSE 250 business.
You’ll oversee board/committee packs, subsidiary governance, annual reporting cycles, statutory filings, and ESG initiatives while engaging with external advisors and senior leaders across Legal, HR and Financial Services.
