We are a young and dynamic hospitality group run by passionate and creative team of professionals. We run places where people meet to work or enjoy time with friends. Our bars and restaurants are relaxed but full of character. We are crazy about the food and drinks we serve, but we also know how to create great atmosphere.
We work together with companies that want to revolutionise the way people eat out and host. We are excited for the future and we want to be the ones who shape it. We support and encourage our people to grow and evolve. We believe in being involved, we trust and support local suppliers and implementing environmental practices.
The INITIATIVE GROUP finds passion through its work, love through its expertise and commitment through its success.
