Office of the Public Guardian in the West Midlands is seeking a Specialist Agile Coach to support non-digital projects. The role is part-time, roughly 1–2 days per month, and will work with the Change Management team and Research and Stakeholder Engagement team.
You will upskill junior team members and middle/senior managers in agile portfolio and programme management, coach on tools and techniques, and help develop lightweight learning products for succession and knowledge transfer.
