Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you and the Shop team will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, take bets and demonstrate products to customers.
You'll work a rotating pattern Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm, including weekends and bank holidays, with a weekly rota around 10 hours. We offer a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.
