About The Role
We are currently working with a leading Manchester-based architectural practice who are seeking a Project Running Architectural Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on healthcare schemes.
The role will suit someone with a strong understanding of technical design and construction, capable of taking projects through later RIBA stages and working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical packages
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards
- Resolve technical issues and contribute to problem-solving on-site and in the office
- Ensure high standards of documentation and technical output
- Coordinate with internal design teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Demonstrable experience in project delivery and technical detailing
- Prior experience in healthcare projects is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
