Role – Principal Lawyer – Planning & Highways

Full Time – Permanent

Hybrid – 2 days in office based near Northamptonshire

Salary – £60k – £73k – depending on recent relevant experience.

My local authority client is seeking someone to join and lead their Planning & Highways team. You will manage a team of Lawyers underneath yourself.

You will need the following experience:

1. Fully Qualified Solicitor.
2. Strong knowledge of local authority Planning & Highways Law.
3. Experience providing advice on large scale property development projects.
4. Recent experience line managing staff.
