Role : Principal Lawyer – Planning & Highways

Full Time : Permanent

Hybrid : 2 days in office based near Northamptonshire

Salary : £60k – £73k – depending on recent relevant experience.

My local authority client is seeking someone to join and lead their Planning & Highways team, therefore you will manage a team of Lawyers underneath yourself.

You Will Need The Following Experience:

• Fully Qualified Solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of local authority Planning & Highways Law.
• Experience providing advice on large scale property development projects.
• Recent experience line managing staff.
