I am actively assisting my client identify a Boiler Commissioning Supervisor for a Waste-to-Energy Power Plant project in the West Midlands (UK).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all boiler commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEM representatives, and site teams to deliver commissioning schedules.
- Lead startup procedures, including hydrostatic testing, flushing, first fire, steam blowing, and tuning.
- Review and approve commissioning documentation (method statements, ITPs, checklists, reports).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose practical engineering solutions in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
