We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to improve patients’ quality of life. Our practices combine evidence-based techniques with advanced treatments to meet the individual needs of our patients. Care is also extended via home visit services to provide convenience and accessibility for diverse clients.
This is a full-time Home Visiting Physiotherapist role based in London. As a key member of our team, the Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of physical conditions to restore movement and functionality. Daily responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, monitoring patients’ progress, and educating them about exercise and movement strategies to prevent further injuries. The role involves engaging with patients at our clinics or providing home-based care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in assessing and diagnosing physical health conditions, implementing treatment plans, and making recommendations for patient rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience with exercise-based rehabilitation approaches.
