Smartly is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our team! As a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will work to elevate and scale teams across EMEA and occasionally in the NORAM and APAC regions. Day to day, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, building pipelines, managing stakeholder relationships and managing candidates through the whole recruitment process. Please note that the expectation is that you will work three days per week from the office.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within the Commercial Organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A functions).
- Work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the global people team to strategically build high-performing, diverse teams.
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first outreach to offer stage.
- Actively source for niche and high-impact roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced pipelines.
- Identify top talent and continuously refine and optimize our interview processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
- Train teams to become better in recruiting, ensuring the quality of hires.
- Help maintain our company culture amongst a fast-growing team.
- Develop new innovative ways to reach new talent.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 5+ years experience as an in-house full-cycle recruiter.
- High volume recruitment experience supporting mid to senior level roles in Sales, Customer Success and/or Marketing within an AdTech/MarTech business.
- Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience a plus).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment.
- Have a self-driven nature, and the motivation/willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done!
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
