Senior Sales GTM & Agency Strategist

Location: London
Reports To: Director, Global Revenue Enablement
Mission: Drive Sales Excellence Through Strategic Playbooks

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Agency GTM Strategy and Playbook Ownership
    • Own, design, and maintain the end‑to‑end Global Sales GTM Playbook, ensuring all sales stages, exit criteria, and methodologies are clearly defined, adopted, and effective.
    • Develop and execute the Agency enablement strategy and work with the Partnerships & Competitive Lead to create tailored narratives, workshops, and training for the global Agency segment.
    • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product features and competitive intelligence into clear, differentiated, and value‑based sales narratives and positioning for global commercial teams.
    • Design, roll out, and measure high‑priority sales plays and initiatives (e.g., vertical‑specific campaigns, new product GTMs) to increase pipeline generation and accelerate time‑to‑close.
  • Commercial Coaching and Skill Enablement
    • Own the role‑specific orientation experience for new Sales and Agency hires, focusing on discovery, scoping, and value articulation.
    • Develop and lead high‑impact practice sessions and role‑plays (scoping, objection handling, executive pitching) to drive skill transfer and consistency across regional pods.
    • Collaborate with the Enablement Training Manager to design and execute ongoing certifications that benchmark seller competency in core skills and methodology execution.
  • Cross‑Functional Execution & Accountability
    • Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to enforce sales process rigor, ensuring pre‑sales engagement is maximized and deals are properly qualified.
    • Work with the Content Governance team to embed AI‑backed competitive intelligence and best‑in‑class messaging directly into Outreach sequences and the Sales Co‑Pilot tool.
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze performance data (deal velocity, win rates, campaign lift) to identify coaching gaps and inform future playbook iterations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a Sales Leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and drive adoption of complex sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Miller‑Heiman).
  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising, paid social, or AdTech industry landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of coaching and influencing senior sales leaders and high‑performing sellers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale GTM projects cross‑functionally across Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.
  • Strong bias for action and a passion for turning strategy into measurable commercial results.

Salary

$80,000.00‑90,000 GBP per year
