Smartly is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to shape how we evolve as we scale globally and embed AI into how we work. Reporting to the CHRO Office, you will partner with leaders to translate strategy into organizational structures, workforce models, and transformation programs that enable teams to operate at scale. You will lead enterprise transformation across design, leadership capability, and scalable workforce frameworks, advising senior leaders on.
