We are seeking a driven and experienced individual for a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Global Client Lead at Smartly.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and across relevant parts of the customer organization.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans focusing on customer priorities aligned with Smartly solutions.
  • Lead strategic planning with customer decision-makers and partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts within Smartly globally to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage account plans and key initiatives with the account management team.
  • Set clear goals, ensure global alignment, and foster knowledge transfer.
  • Establish feedback and escalation channels within the account.
  • Align product roadmap with customer needs and facilitate product team interactions.
  • Build relationships with customer partners such as ad agencies and data partners.
  • Own revenue forecasting, target setting, and pipeline management.
  • Drive account growth and be motivated by commercial success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years in ad-tech/mar-tech industries with a proven track record in strategic account growth.
  • Experience with platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, Google, TikTok, and ad agencies is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage key account teams.
  • Driven by sales, account expansion, and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Desire to learn about products to effectively communicate with all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet/exceed quotas.
  • Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid London office environment.
