Our client is seeking a Sales Executive (Furniture) to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a homegrown brand with a rich history and a commitment to quality and design. You will be part of a team that is passionate about providing top recommendations and advice to customers, helping them furnish their homes with the finest products.
Working Day: Officially 6 Days (Mon-Sat) in contract, but work 5 days per week, 1 off day within weekday, 1 rest day on Sunday, Saturday compulsory to work.
Working Hour: 10am-7pm
Salary Range: $3000-$4000 + commission
What you’ll be doing?
- Develop product knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of furniture products to make informed recommendations and proposals for customers.
- Maintain brand image: Ensure the showroom is clean and upholds the company’s positive image and brand.
- Build customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage the customer database.
- Manage sales: Handle both online and in-store sales, including making recommendations, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide after-sales service: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving any post-purchase issues.
Who are they looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience: Prior experience in high-value furniture sales is essential to succeed in this role.
- Strong product knowledge: A diploma/degree in a relevant design field is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
