Join our client's dynamic team as an Executive Secretary, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Chairman. What you’ll be doing?
- Manage Chairman's Calendar: Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Correspondence and Documentation: Prepare and handle various communications and documents with precision and timeliness.
- Liaison and Coordination: Act as a key contact between internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Travel Planning: Plan and manage complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Confidential Information: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Who are they looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
