We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our finance operations. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure internal processes are followed efficiently, while assisting the AP/AR Manager with day-to-day finance activities. You will also provide ad hoc support to the Management Accountant and Senior Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the finance inbox and remittance queues
  • Posting customer receipts and invoices in Workday
  • Supporting cashflow forecasting processes
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure purchase order procedures are followed
  • Reviewing bank details for customer refunds
  • Assisting the wider finance team with general queries and administrative tasks

  • IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel/Outlook
  • Prepare clear, concise and accurate material appropriate to particular circumstances
