In this brand new role, you will provide first-class Executive Assistant support to our CEO at SEBL, enabling the effective management of priorities, communications, governance activities and strategic objectives. You will coordinate Executive meetings and key business initiatives, prepare professional presentations and reports, and work across the organisation to deliver accurate information and insight that supports effective decision-making and business performance.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Provide proactive and professional support to the SEBL CEO and Executive Team, ensuring effective management of priorities, commitments and business activities.
  • Coordinate Executive governance activities, including leadership meetings, ExCo, Strategy Days, QBRs and company events, ensuring actions, decisions and key outputs are effectively managed and communicated.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and briefing materials, working across the business to gather information and provide accurate, insightful and timely reporting.
  • Support the coordination and tracking of CEO-led strategic initiatives, helping ensure priorities remain aligned to business objectives and agreed deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage sensitive communications, stakeholder relationships and confidential matters with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • Provide operational support to the CEO, including travel, expenses, approvals and other administrative activities, whilst continuously identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Experience supporting Directors or Senior Leadership Teams.
  • A proven ability to create professional Board or Senior Management presentations.
