In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our business maintains the highest standards of compliance by developing, reviewing and embedding policies, monitoring adherence through audits and training, and providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements. You'll help protect the business by promoting a strong culture of compliance across Smartest Energy UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining policy development with hands-on operational compliance. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business and external stakeholders to keep pace with changing legislation, oversee mandatory compliance training, support fraud management and investigations, and contribute to regulatory reporting and audits.
