We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional to help shape better outcomes for our SME and Mid-Market customers through data-driven insight and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of data and analytics across SEBL (Smartest Energy Business Limited), transforming complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that identify risks, unlock opportunities, and support informed business decisions across regulatory, financial, operational, and customer experience activities.

Working collaboratively across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data/BI teams, you'll translate business challenges into structured, testable requirements that drive safe, compliant, and customer-centric change. You'll use data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to enhance customer journeys, improve operational performance, reduce cost to serve, and deliver measurable business value while contributing to SEBL's wider strategic objectives.

  • Proven ability to apply data analysis techniques to business scenarios and deliver actionable business insights;
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies within current business operations;
  • Ability to assess and identify risks within existing business models and processes;
