In this role, you will act as a central point of support for brokers and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately while building strong working relationships. You will develop a solid understanding of core processes, documentation requirements, and the end-to-end commercial journey, contributing to a high-quality experience for partners. Alongside providing first-line support, you will enhance your knowledge of products, tariffs, and contract validation, becoming a trusted resource for internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting pre‑live processes, managing inbound enquiries, and collaborating closely with sales channels to resolve operational challenges.
