We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Canary Wharf office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and new starters. This role is central to delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house experience, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and supported efficiently while maintaining the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office environment.

You will manage visitor coordination, meeting room readiness, office compliance checks, post and delivery management, and provide administrative support to the Office & Facilities Manager. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, organised, and professional workplace while supporting company inductions, office events, facilities coordination, and overall operational excellence across both North and South side office spaces.

Please note this job will require some manual handling/work too.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proficiency and demonstrable awareness of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel;
  • Experience working with multiple IT platforms;
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask;
  • Ability to meet, greet and be friendly.
