You’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment while ensuring all facilities services are delivered to a high standard. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR, vendors, and building management to create a safe, efficient, and well-run workplace. Alongside core office management responsibilities, you’ll lead on facilities operations, health & safety compliance, vendor and contract management, and support wider property and ESG initiatives from a global perspective. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing operational detail with strategic oversight—someone who takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming, and well-managed working environment!
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience of a facilities / contract management role in a similar multi-site office
- Knowledge of how the role can support ESG commitments
- IOSH or NEBOSH certified
- IWFM/ IFMA or C&G Level 3 or 4+
