Drive growth and performance across the SME market by leading a high-impact broker sales strategy. In this role, you will take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of broker relationships, ensuring partners clearly understand and champion our value proposition to unlock strong, sustainable growth. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you’ll deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, equip brokers with the tools and insights they need to succeed, and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales performance.
Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to elevate underperforming partners, support new product launches, and maintain outstanding service standards. Through a combination of strategic planning, hands-on relationship management, and regular engagement at industry events, you will drive pipeline growth, conversions, and long-term success while upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and customer care.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience in the Energy industry, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics, broker channels, and commercial drivers;
- Experience in a sales or relationship management role, demonstrating proven ability to influence, engage, and deliver results;
- Strong knowledge of the Energy industry gained through experience with a supplier, broker/TPI, or regulatory organisation;
- Deep understanding of the TPI/Broker sector, including market dynamics, commercial models, and the supplier | broker relationship;
- Experience analysing sales data and producing reports, identifying trends, performance patterns, and opportunities to enhance the commercial proposition.
