Overview
Experienced Project Manager needed to lead successful delivery of medium to large‑scale business and IT change initiatives.
You will manage projects from initial planning and shaping through to operational handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach project teams, navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintain robust project controls and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
Manage project governance, risks, resources, finances, and change.
Provide operational handover to ensure continued success of the initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing colleagues at all levels across IT and the wider business.
- Experience managing third‑party IT vendors and building effective partnerships to successfully deliver technology change.
- Demonstrable experience assessing project feasibility, developing business cases, and managing project planning, governance, and approval processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of industry trends and best practice in project management.
