This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance and continuous improvement of business-critical applications, providing technical and functional assistance to specialist users and ensuring issues are owned through to resolution. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, application owners and third-party support partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver system enhancements, support upgrades and ensure applications remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose. You’ll also play an important role in testing new features and bug fixes, maintaining operational documentation, supporting audits and implementing new systems from a support perspective. The role will involve analysing application performance, monitoring service desk metrics and helping colleagues get the most from their systems through training and clear guidance.
