The Business Readiness Training Developer will work with the Business Readiness Training Team on a large-scale transformation programme implementing Salesforce and other system and business process changes, to design and develop training material for consumption by SmartestEnergy end users. The role will focus specifically on the development of software simulations, e-learning modules, process documentation for end users, training briefing packs and other training materials as required. This temporary role is crucial in ensuring that the business is adequately prepared for programme changes through effective training content amidst tight timeframes.
