This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT Service Delivery while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of ITIL-aligned practices. The apprentice will be trained in core service management disciplines including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Transition, and Asset & Configuration Management, while supporting the continual improvement of processes, governance, and service quality. Working closely with the wider Service Delivery team, this role will help strengthen operational maturity across the organisation. The apprentice will collaborate with stakeholders across IT&C and the wider business, including teams in the UK, US, and Australia, providing exposure to a global IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Support IT Service Delivery by contributing to ITIL-aligned practices and process improvements.
- Assist with Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Transition, and Asset & Configuration Management activities.
- Collaborate with the wider Service Delivery team and stakeholders across IT&C and the business, including global teams.
