We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Project Manager to join our Corporate IT function, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate IT. This role is central to shaping and delivering medium to large-scale projects that enhance operational effectiveness and support the company’s strategic goals. You’ll take ownership of initiatives that often begin with a degree of ambiguity, refining them into clear, actionable plans and guiding them through to successful delivery over a typical 6–12 month lifecycle.
You will lead projects end-to-end—from initial planning through execution to operational handover—ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage resources, finances, risks, and stakeholder relationships, while producing clear reporting and maintaining robust governance throughout. Working cross-functionally and, where required, with third-party vendors, you’ll play a key role in driving change, supporting continuous improvement, and mentoring others within the project management community.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven track record in successfully delivering medium - large IT projects;
- Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and assuring IT change;
- Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels within IT and the business;
- Proven experience in assessing the feasibility of projects and executing the planning and approval process of small-medium scale projects;
- Knowledge/experience of waterfall or agile based methodologies.
What sets us apart?
- Global Impact: With offices in the UK, US, and Australia, and plans for further expansion, you'll be part of a dynamic, globally-minded team, with opportunities to explore new markets and make a difference on a global scale.
- Flexible Working: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days a year. We prioritise work-life balance, recognising that your well-being matters.
- Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: We celebrate our diverse culture and value individuals irrespective of background, disability, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or ethnicity. Join a team where diversity is not just welcomed but celebrated as a key driver of growth and innovation.
