The Energy Operations Executive will be working with colleagues as part of a team to ensure that our operational expectations are exceeded and exceptional customer service is delivered through every interaction. Working in our operations department you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of tasks in functions covering our customer journey from initial contracting and onboarding to metering, billing and debt to build on your skills and develop your career with Smartestenergy. You will be open to change and transition as your career and business needs develop and be an advocate to our customers at every stage of their journey. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
