The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You will provide outstanding customer service, following all enquiries to completion across the Credit Control and Debt Management end to end journey.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Payment Reconciliation – credit card payments, liaise with our Finance team to discuss any discrepancies;
  • Managing end to end direct debit process;
  • Requesting Disconnection and Reconnection;
  • Tracing old customers/landlords to make contact;
  • Monitoring and managing credit terms given to new clients;
  • Monitoring and decision making on older debt;
  • Managing Agreements to Pay while ensuring that all monies are collected, and a smart meter installed with customers on pre-pay;
  • Liaising with Technical Team to request fast track of smart meter, manage and monitor progress;
  • Managing unpaid/cancelled direct debits;
  • Attend company briefings.
