We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Company Secretarial & Governance Officer to join our Legal Department and play a key role in supporting the governance and compliance framework of our growing global group. Reporting directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company secretarial obligations are met across the Group and that robust governance structures, policies, and processes are established, maintained, and embedded throughout the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy working at the heart of corporate decision-making. You will lead the development and implementation of the Group’s governance framework, support Boards and shareholders in meeting their governance requirements, manage company secretarial activities, and oversee contract execution and delegated authority processes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help ensure the Group operates with strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and effective decision‑making processes while contributing to wider legal and business initiatives.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience as either a Company Secretary/Company Secretarial Assistant or legal experience;
- Experience managing governance frameworks;
- Ability to identify critical business issues and identify the governance requirements.
