The Change Communications Executive will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement programmes by developing and delivering clear, engaging, and timely communications to impacted internal stakeholders across the business. This role will be responsible for translating complex programme updates and change initiatives into accessible messaging that informs, involves, and inspires colleagues at all levels.
Working closely with the Business Readiness Leads, Training and Development Team, and wider programme teams, the Communications Executive will contribute to the creation and execution of the communications plan that aligns with the Business Readiness strategy. This includes crafting content for a variety of channels, such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, town halls, and video scripts – ensuring consistency of tone, clarity of message, and alignment with programme objectives.
