We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional to support the delivery of high-quality fundamental analysis across both Compliance and Voluntary Carbon markets. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Carbon and the Net Zero leadership team in London, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making while also contributing to a range of ad hoc analytical projects. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to support ambitious decarbonisation initiatives and ensuring that market intelligence and pricing inputs remain current, relevant, and aligned with established methodologies.
Alongside market analysis, you will support the end-to-end renewables contracting process—from approvals through to signature—while helping ensure our contractual obligations remain within established risk and control frameworks covering credit, cash flow, FX and risk limits. The role also involves managing renewable certificate inventory processes, supporting reconciliation and accurate system entries, responding to internal and external queries, and developing analytical tools and automation using spreadsheets, VBA, and Python. Through strong documentation, process management, and cross-team collaboration, you will contribute to both day-to-day operations and broader improvement initiatives within the carbon and renewables function.
