The Business Readiness Training Developer will work with the Business Readiness Training Team on a large-scale transformation programme implementing Salesforce and other system and business process changes, to design and develop training material for consumption by SmartestEnergy end users.
The role will focus specifically on the development of software simulations, e-learning modules, process documentation for end users, training briefing packs and other training materials as required. This temporary role is crucial in ensuring that the business is adequately prepared for programme changes through effective training content amidst tight timeframes.
Responsibilities- Design and develop training material for end users within a large-scale transformation programme.
- Create software simulations and e-learning modules to support end-user learning.
- Develop process documentation and training briefing packs as required.
- Collaborate with the Business Readiness Training Team to ensure timely delivery of training content.
