This is an opportunity for you to make an immediate impact in our IT Team, helping define business problems, analysing requirements and executing, recommending, and delivering data-driven strategic improvements to our strategic systems.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity;
  • Taking responsibility to deliver change and improvements on efficiency and strengthen the Business processes particularly in CRM;
  • Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problem and opportunities;
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to get the information required for feasibility assessment;
  • Document artefacts to help define and manage scoping requirements definition and prioritisation activities for strategic and complex IT projects;
  • Develop models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets;
  • Conduct root cause and identify recommendations for improvements.
