This role sits within the Portfolio Account Management team in Generation Sales, focused on managing and renewing existing generation contracts, along with associated value-added services. The portfolio includes a range of generation accounts, including key accounts identified for dedicated account management, as assigned by the Portfolio Team Manager. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive top-tier service and expert guidance. As a key point of contact, you’ll shape the customer experience, resolve challenges, and unlock opportunities that contribute to the wider success of our Generation Sales function. This is a home-based role offering a high level of autonomy. You’ll thrive in an environment where independence and initiative are valued, and where your ability to manage relationships and deliver results with minimal supervision will truly shine.

Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 advertised base annual salary banding, home-based with our sales commission scheme and car allowance.
