We are growing our global Reward function and are looking for an exceptional Senior Global Reward Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this newly created role will shape and embed our global approach to job architecture, levelling, benchmarking, and pay transparency.
You will design and maintain scalable frameworks, ensure reward practices are market‐competitive, and support regions across reward planning, M&A activity, and compliance with evolving global and EU regulation. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, influencing at both local and group level.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and maintain the WTW‐aligned job levelling framework and associated policy documentation;
- Lead global benchmarking initiatives and integrate relevant market trends and practices;
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on pay gap analysis, reporting, and implementation of action plans;
- Design and maintain competitive pay ranges; develop accessible pay analysis tools and templates;
- Support the delivery and optimisation of employee benefits in line with a total reward philosophy;
- Align reward frameworks with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements, including job matching, reporting templates, and gender‐neutral criteria;
- Provide leaders with practical tools and training across benchmarking, job matching, and pay analysis;
- Monitor global legislative developments and update internal reward guidance.
You will bring proven HR Operations experience alongside strong Reward Business Partnering expertise, including:
Technical Expertise- Job evaluation and levelling using WTW methodology.
- Familiarity with AON and Korn Ferry benchmarking methodologies.
- Strong understanding of pay range design, reward planning, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including gender pay reporting, employee rights, pay range disclosure, and progression transparency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex reward and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting Reward aspects of M&A integration (desirable).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively.
