Join SmartestEnergy UK as a Debt Management Executive. You will play a vital role in maximising cash flow by proactively managing outstanding debt and unbilled accounts, protecting profits and supporting sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Daily management and tracking of debts, including key accounts and management agencies.
- Regular customer contact and collaboration with third-party collection agencies.
- Support administrative processes such as tenancy and management agency changes.
- Oversee legal recovery actions and create accurate, insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment.
- Proven debt management skills and experience.
- IT skills in MS Office β especially Excel and Outlook.
