We are seeking a dedicated Business Readiness Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation of the Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) programme, a transformative initiative aimed at delivering a faster, more accurate settlement process to support the UK\’s transition to Net Zero.
This role will involve leading and coaching a team, ensuring operational readiness across the business. You will be a key player in shaping the adoption of new ways of working, collaborating with leadership teams, and contributing to the development of customer-centric processes.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Extensive knowledge of the Energy Market;
- Previous experience leading and managing senior teams of four or more, including processes such as performance management;

- Experience of people/process or technology change.
