We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Gas Industry Flow Executive to support the Metering & Industry requirements of our growing customer base. In this role, you will manage meter installation and maintenance requests while ensuring industry flow processing meets and exceeds required standards. Your work will be key to delivering accurate industry settlement and seamless month-end customer billing.
Working closely with the Industry Operations and Leadership Teams, you will help achieve departmental and company KPIs by processing daily industry flows in line with industry guidelines. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a commitment to information security compliance. You’ll also develop your gas technical expertise, identifying process improvements and contributing to documentation that supports ongoing business growth.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- You should have experience working in an office environment, having worked with computers, being able to demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy.
- Work as part of a team to deliver against targets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
