As part of our Electricity Industry Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring SmartestEnergy Business is fully prepared for the transition to Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS). You’ll help make sure customers are onboarded smoothly, billed accurately and settled against precise consumption data, keeping all industry information aligned, compliant and delivered on time. Working at the heart of our operational processes, you’ll contribute directly to a seamless customer experience and our successful qualification into the new MHHS operating model.
In this varied and collaborative role, you’ll work closely with third‑party metering agents, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries, cleanse data and keep industry flows running to KPI targets. You’ll build both practical and conceptual expertise in electricity settlement while supporting the development of new processes and training. What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
