In this dynamic role, you'll oversee collaborations with Debt Collection Agencies and Meter Operators for effective debt recovery. You will be responsible for handling all queries and communications in a professional and timely manner. This includes managing a diverse portfolio of debt cases, utilising tailored recovery and escalation strategies to ensure prompt collection or resolution.
You'll handle administration of the Disconnection and Reconnection process, close coordination with internal departments to support DCAs in optimising recovery outcomes, and monitoring third-party debt collection activities to drive performance. You will also be key to our continuous process improvement, actively upholding our Debt Team Mission and Values, and producing custom reports for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our Finance and Technical teams to help resolve queries!
