You will lead the successful delivery of strategic change programmes that drive operational effectiveness and support the organisation's long-term objectives. Working across multiple projects and workstreams, the role is responsible for shaping, coordinating and governing complex programmes, ensuring outcomes and benefits are delivered within agreed time, cost and quality parameters. This role is ideally suited to an experienced programme professional with a strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change. You will provide leadership across the full programme lifecycle, building strong stakeholder relationships, managing governance and financial performance, and ensuring risks, dependencies and resources are effectively coordinated to achieve sustainable business outcomes.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering medium-to-large IT Programmes and complex projects with multiple workstreams
  • Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and assuring IT change
  • Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels within IT and the business
  • Proven experience shaping Programmes (vision, roadmap, benefits and governance), assessing feasibility, and leading the planning and approval process through delivery
  • Experience or knowledge of managing programmes linked to information security and infrastructure delivery
