We are looking for an experienced and proactive Test Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that our software and systems are high quality, reliable, and fit for purpose. Working across a diverse portfolio of large-scale programmes, projects, small changes, and supplier releases, you will analyse business and technical requirements, develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, and deliver effective testing throughout the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with project teams, developers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify risks, manage defects, monitor testing progress, and provide clear reporting on quality and readiness for release. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement, applying testing best practice and helping ensure solutions meet business requirements while delivering a positive experience for end users.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in a Test Analyst or software testing role, with strong test design and execution skills across the end-to-end testing lifecycle;
- Experience creating and maintaining test artefacts, including test plans, scenarios, test cases, defects, evidence, regression libraries, and test completion reports;
- Experience managing UAT and testing across multiple concurrent and integrated-system deliveries, ensuring effective coverage and coordination;
- Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools, with a strong understanding of testing, quality, and reporting metrics.
