Our Finance function is undergoing a large-scale transformation to become a leading practice function with highly scalable, efficient processes, high standards of control and promoting improvements to performance management. An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the financial reporting team within Smartest Energy’s Group Finance function.
Leading a team of 7 accountants you will be responsible for the entire financial reporting function, prioritizing end-to-end management of the month-end and quarter-end reporting cycle, and group and statutory audits. A large focus of the role is to implement process improvement across core areas, ensure the reporting team is meeting its internal KPIs, and closely collaborate with Financial Operations, FP&A, Tax & Treasury to improve performance reporting.
